And it seems the past few weeks have been more of the same. Rita has been super busy lately promoting the upcoming release of her third album, but the singer made sure to take time over the weekend to share an Instagram update with fans. Heading to her social media, Rita posted a round-up that included a behind-the-scenes look at her getting her hair and makeup done, an adorable puppy, and visits to BBC Radio 1 and The One Show.

But what really got our attention was a selfie Rita had taken of herself wearing a black sports bra, matching gym leggings, and a cap.

Whether she was squeezing in some exercise alongside her album promo, or simply wanted to wear something comfy, Rita looked ready to tackle her no doubt packed day. Her black sports bra featured thin spaghetti straps, so we're guessing it offers light support and therefore ideal for low-intensity workouts like yoga or simply running errands.

She paired the bra with mid-rise black leggings and added a black cap on top of her loose blonde wavy hair. A large tote bag was thrown over her shoulder, and it appears to be from her own activewear brand, Humans Being, though it's no longer in stock.

While plenty of celebs like Eva Longoria, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Strictly Come Dancing stars Karen Hauer and Dianne Buswell have been rocking brightly coloured gym wear as part of the dopamine dressing trend, Rita is repping a different trend.
